All the new programming for the week of October 7, featuring Chautauqua Sunrise and Political Interviews.

Several candidate interviews will televise on Access Channel 5. On Saturday, October 7 the following interviews will air live: Jeri-Ann Simora (D) running for Chautauqua County Legislative District 8 at 12:00 PM; Michael Ferguson (D) running for County Executive at 1:00 PM; John Hemmer (R, incumbent) running for Chautauqua County Legislative District 19 at 2:00 PM; and David Himelein (R, incumbent) running for Chautauqua County Legislative District 18 at 3:00 PM. Other programming normally shown during these times will be pre-empted on Saturday only. For Saturday evening and the balance of the week, these interviews will replay as follows: Jerri-Ann Simora at 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM; Michael Ferguson at 12:30 PM and 6:30 PM; John Hemmer at 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM; and David Himelein at 1:30 PM and 7:30 PM.

Chautauqua Sunrise, hosted by Doc Hamels, will feature Edward Brooks, Emergency Preparedness Coordinator at Westfield Memorial Hospital.. The program airs live county-wide on various access channels at 9:00 AM on Saturday only, then repeats at 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM on Access Channel 5.

All programming starts on Saturday, October 7 and runs through Friday, October 13. Repeat programming is often shown at other time slots.

Access Channel 5 is available to cable viewers in the Chautauqua, Mayville, North Harmony, Portland, Sherman, and Westfield areas, and can be found on channel 5 with a cable converter or on 5.3 on digital televisions without a cable converter.
