All the new programming for the week of September 29 featuring Chautauqua Sunrise, Fresh Perspectives, Chautauqua People, Chautauqua Institution Lecture Series 2017, Cassadaga Wind LLC Public Service Commission Hearing and Defenders of Freedom.

Defenders of Freedom will air at 12:30 PM and 6:30 PM, featuring interviews of World War II veterans Sam Avny, Anthony Alamio and Bill Kafferlin.

Chautauqua People, hosted by Nancy Bargar, will be at 1:30 PM and 7:30 PM. The guest is Roesmary Rappole whom has lead several House and Garden Tours at Chautauqua, and retired from Tiburon, California Fire Department where she was California's first woman career fire chief.

Chautauqua Sunrise, hosted by Doc Hamels, will have guest Carrie Saddler-Tredo from Two Lakes Studios. The program airs live at 9:00 AM on Saturday only, then repeats at 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

Fresh Perspectives, hosted by Gail Erb will have guest Jill Mattson, an award-winning artist, musician and composer. Her topic will be "Change the World with Sound." The show is at 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM.

The New York State Public Service Commission Hearing pertaining to Cassadaga Wind LLC on September 17th will air at 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Twenty-three people spoke in opposition to clearing thousands of acres in Charlotte, Cherry Creek, Stockton and Arkwright to build 48 more turbines. The negative economic impact to the county is reported to be more than $23 million per year from losses to agriculture, tourism and property values.

Chautauqua Institution 2017 Lecture Series returns with Lisa Seacat DeLuca's "Wednesday Morning Lecture." The program airs at 3:00 AM and again at 7:00 AM.

Repeat programming is typically re-aired throughout the week at other various time slots.

All programming starts on Saturday, September 29 with the final airing on Friday, October 5.
